Hello, old and new book club friends! After a summer of quietude, are you missing the time spent discussing and conversing together? Our "Mr. Qian Binsi's Works Reading Club" will return this Saturday, September 6th, at 10:00 AM!
Continuing with our progress from before summer vacation, we're currently reading Qian Mu's "A New Interpretation of the Analects." We'll continue to savor Confucius' words and thoughts, and appreciate how Qian Mu, through his accessible and approachable commentary, makes the world of the classics accessible to everyone. If you've ever felt that the Analects felt a bit distant, this book will definitely change your mind!
The atmosphere is relaxed, so there's no need to worry about progress. Each chapter of The Analects is self-contained, so you can join in and learn something new! Whether you're looking to continue a previous discussion or experience The Analects for the first time, we sincerely welcome you to join us!
