Go to the Information and Service Counter on the 3rd floor of the Taipei City Library Main Branch to apply for your card free of charge. With this Senior Citizens Card, you can not only participate in this course but also enjoy free access to the Taipei Senior Citizens Learning Demonstration Center, a reading, leisure, and learning space designed specifically for senior citizens.
