Peng Yue, the founding hero of the Western Han Dynasty, originally made a living by fishing, and once gathered people to become bandits. At the end of the Qin Dynasty, the world was in chaos. After the uprising in the village, he went on various campaigns, and finally played an important role in restraining Xiang Yu and defeating Xiang Yu in the struggle between Chu and Han, and made great contributions to the King of Han. At the founding of the Western Han Dynasty, he was crowned King of Liang. He had a moment of glory, but in the ensuing incidents and struggles, his family was ransacked and his family was wiped out. His own body was even chopped into meat paste and distributed to princes all over the world.
Peng Yue, Han Xin, and Ying Bu were also called the three famous generals in the early Han Dynasty, and historical books have often regarded the three as one category and discussed them together. Ironically, these three also had unfortunate ends. I have to say that in the ever-changing and treacherous world of people and power struggles, it is really like walking on thin ice if you want to recognize the current situation and preserve a good death.
