Hello friends! During the 112th National Day holiday, Qian Mu’s former residence will be closed for two days on October 9 (Monday, regular closing day) and October 10 (Tuesday, National Day). The library will be open as normal on October 7th (Saturday) and October 8th (Sunday). Everyone is welcome to visit the former residence and enjoy the extra tranquility next to the campus during the holidays!
Speaking of our National Day, in fact, when Mr. Qian founded New Asia College in Hong Kong, he specially set the "Campus Anniversary" on "Double Ten", so that "National Day" and "Campus Anniversary" became one. Mr. Qian later recalled:
