"Senior Academy" is an activity in Qian Mu's former residence to practice the concept of "LOHAS LEARNING". There are courses with different themes every month. Such as: international news, travel life, history and culture, art painting, aerobic rhythm, health care knowledge, etc., university teachers or professional lecturers are invited to teach, with rich and colorful content. Four classes a month, one class per week, easy and stress-free, and free to attend. It is our social responsibility and goal to let senior friends "life is learning, learning is health care"!

In May, the course design of "Tiger Miles Healthy and Happy" is aimed at the elderly. Through continuous aerobic rhythm, combined with standing and sitting muscle strength training, good cardiorespiratory and muscle fitness can be maintained. The movement difficulty, rhythm, and exercise intensity set in the course content are all set step by step. No matter whether you have regular exercise habits in the past, you can gradually get started. You can freely adjust with your own rhythm and physical fitness, and enjoy the relief and fun brought by the rhythm of your body and mind!

💠 Note: In response to the epidemic, if the course is temporarily changed to "online course", students will be notified again! Please bring your own towel and water bottle in class to replenish water at any time!
